FounderI’m Simon, the doer, I make ideas come to life. With a background in music technology, love all kinds of music, and have always been drawn to great sound and lighting. I’m also an electrician and builder, which means I get just as much joy from designing and building sets as I do from running an event. That blend really came to life when I started creating immersive dining experiences — bringing atmosphere, storytelling, and technical detail together. Yolk is the natural result of all of that, built around creating spaces that feel considered, effortless, and a little bit special.
